Discipline & Grievance: Training to Get it right

This practical workshop uses case studies and legal frameworks to look at the ACAS Code of Practice and its practical implications in relation to discipline, grievance and dismissals. It will demonstrate the difference between discipline and incapability, and give participants the tools to ensure positive outcomes from negative experiences. The aim of the session is to develop a proactive communication style that reduces the need for formal dispute resolution in the workplace. It will provide practical strategies to help you deal with these issues in a constructive, supportive and legal manner, whilst operating within the needs of your organisation.
